At the west of the Mediterranean and at the south by Israel.
Arabic is thier official language
The main two religions are Islam and Christianity
In 1997 the estimated population was 3,111,828






Lebanese Cuisine Lebanese cuisine includes alot of starches, fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and seafood
Poultry is eaten more often than red meat
Red meat would usually be lamb because of the mountanous regions
Season thier food with garlic, olive oil and lemon juice,
Most dishes are either grilled, baked or sautéed in olive oil; butter or cream are rarely used other than in a few desserts.
Vegetables are often eaten raw or pickled as well as cooked
Do not really like to use sauces and concetrates more on herbs and spices
