Of Mice and Men: movie/book comparison.
In the book Candy came into the room when Lennie and Crooks were talking.
This is a major part in the movie because Crooks never found out about the plan for the farm.
By: Zachary, Seth, Cody and Jared
In the book Lennie saw Aunt Clara appear and saw rabbits.
In the book George had a very hard time to shoot Lennie before Slim showed up to comfort him.
This is huge because the movie is portraying that George doesnt care for Lennie as much as he does in the book.
In the book Candy's wife had come and told Crooks she would hang him.
In the book, Slim about jumped in on the fight before
George stopped him and told
Lennie to fight back.
Movie Differences 6
In the movie when george was asked to bring the mule back to the barn by Slim, Curley's wife was in the barn.
In the book George brought the mule back and saw Curley on the porch of his house punching his punching bag and his wife sitting there in boredom.
And I used the movie as a reference.
Movie Differences 7
Lennie and George
were shown getting
away from Weed
in a train.
Lennie and George
were not ever said
to get on a train to
get out of Weed.
