Power

Power training enables an athlete to apply the greatest amount of their maximal strength in the shortest period of time.

Power is speed and strength combined.

  • Improve upper and lower body strength.
  • Increases in your vertical jump height

Plyometrics

This is a form of training that you can do for power, this builds your speed and strength which will improve your power.

Upper body plyometrics include clapping pushups, medicine ball chest throw and overhead throws.
