My Memories of Primary School

Primary School Years

MWPS has made me a better person by teaching me lessons and things that would be useful in my future life. Some important skills that I learned are mostly about business, like how to advertise your brand or stall and how to get more money. Some of the changes were my behavior, I was really shy back then in Grade 2 and didn't talk much, but now I feel more confident talking and presenting projects.

My fondest memories of primary school was Mini Fete, when me and Sharatt made a stall with a stall sign and a menu and we had a lot of fun. At first, we were barely getting any tokens, but when 1 person came, another came and another, then we had a big line in front of our stall and made lots of tokens.

I've spent 5 years at MWPS:

2M - Mrs Miles

3C - Miss Tonkin

4B - Miss Leary

5D - Mrs Ball

6C - Mr Low

My best year of primary school was Year 6, because we got to do amazing things like the Mini Fete and go to the Phillip Island Adventure Camp. I also like Year 6 because it is the last year of primary school and we get to graduate and go on a year end excursion. My favourite excursion that i went on would probably be the IMAX excursion, because we got to watch natural disasters on a giant screen and it looked amazing while telling us a lot of information about natural disasters.

Feelings

I feel sad that primary school is almost over, but all the fun over the years and that most of my friends will be going to the same school as I am really cheered me up. I'm looking foward to playing with my friends and learning new things.

2015 Class Memories

I went on 4 camps, every year since grade 3. I went on Camp Rumbug, Camp Oasis, Camp Beechworth and Phillip Island Adventure Camp. But the one I liked the most was the Phillip Island one.

My most embarrassing moment was when we were going back to school from Phillip Island Adventure Camp, but I really had to go to the toilet. I had to hold it in for more than 1 hour! I really struggled to keep it in and i cried a little bit and lots of people were looking at me, but i managed to keep it in and made it to school.

One of the things that I remember most about primary was when I went on the Twin Flying Fox at camp in Grade 6, we had to climb top of a tower then attach our selves to a zip line while the wind was blowing at us. But the scariest part was when we had to jump off the tower to go down the zip line, it was one of the scariest moments of my life, but it was amazing going down a zip line to the ground.
