Why the department need this Project ?

1- Having a little experience in developing the workflow.

- Work related to our field.

2- Having simple background information about the department.

Enrichment programs department needs a comprehensive, detailed and specific workflow that describes and facilitates the department process and activities.

3- My supervisor is usually under work pressure which causes delay in finishing the project.

4- The Permission to access some important information was delayed, which affect the progress of my project.

5- Needs to discuss with someone who experts on system analysis about the diagrams and take other opinions.

6- Change the diagrams content and redrawing them many times.

1- Workflow help to identify and remove the unnecessary steps/processes.

2- Tasks can be assigned to the people with appropriate skills to perform the task, rather than allocating to anyone who needs work to do.

Automate and facilitate the workflow by drawing two other diagrams

3- Eliminates errors

Create the Workflow Diagrams for the department

Meeting with the Supervisor

Substitute the workshop that the student must attend before the program start with a knowledge sharing system.

Extract patterns from the student database to facilitate the communication, selection and Follow-up process.

Clustering technique by grouping the students based on their attributes to help Mawhiba to contact with each group in an appropriate way or

send a direct massage for an appropriate student group.

The other is Classification which helps to predict the student who is expected to success in a specific program.

Add an evaluation system as a last step of the workflow.

Mawhiba' s employees are communicating with their student through an electronic portal, in this project we suggest an additional features that will enhance the communication process and other procedures in the department, some of these features are an evaluation system and reports repository. This project will focus on analyzing the system.
