Eating breakfast regularly helps keep weight off because it has your metabolism running. Physical activities, muscle-strengthening, bone-strengthening, and balance/stretching benefit to having a healthy body. Foods that don’t expire contain preservatives and chemicals that deteriorate your body. Get in your fruits and your vegetables during the day, those things that are healthy for your living and your body. Being overweight causes Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Type 2 diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease, Strokes, Gallbladder Disease , Depression, Osteoarthritis, Sleep Apnea, Respiratory Disease, and Some cancers such as Endometrial, Breast, and Colon. Being healthy improves the immune systems function.
Your health is a very important attribute in life, if you're obese you’re not healthy at all and you're at risk for a stroke or death. Drink six - eight oz of water every day. Water PREVENTS dehydration, aids the kidneys and keeps your digestive system running. Also, soda, juice, coffee, and other beverages do not keep your body from dehydration, I mean sure they calm your thirstiness but they don’t keep you from dehydration. Don’t eat fast food EVERYDAY. Maybe two - three times a week and exercise afterward, keep yourself in shape and keep healthy. Don’t be a couch potato/gamer all day. Get up and be active for at least five - ten minutes. Move around, jump, dance, get the blood flowing.
Being overweight can cause high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. It can lead to blood vessel damage, kidney and heart failure. You can get diabetes. It affects your joints, breathing, sleep, mood, and energy levels. ⅓ of all kids between two and nineteen are obese. Obesity might run in the family, some people gain weight easier than others because it is a genetic mutation throughout the family. Obesity also gives you/may cause Blount Disease, Arthritis, Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis (SCFE), Asthma, Gallstones, Fatty Liver, etc. Things that will catch up with you and may even be at a risk of death. Being overweight causes depression also, because you look at your appearance and you think you look ugly.

More than fifteen percent of people were overweight and twelve percent said they starved themselves for twenty-four hours to lose weight.
