HiTrack combines Inpatient and Outpatient results to come up with a CDC Screening Outcome.
If a baby is screened at Inpatient the baby is almost always counted as Screened, even if Outpatient has refused, scheduled or died.
A list of Inpatient + Outpatient combinations is included in the User Manual.

No Diagnosis
Because the CDC requests "first" evaluation the hearing diagnosis on this report can be different than what is currently being tracked in HiTrack. When the "Warnings" mode is used HiTrack will list kids who show up differently by name.
Section 2 (not shown here) of the CDC survey asks for current/most recent hearing diagnosis.
For Sections 1 and 3 HiTrack uses the first Hearing Disposition entered to determine how to report the baby.
(A future version will allow users to override which Disposition to use as "first")
CDC categorizes "Fluctuating Conductive" loss as "Normal Hearing." So if both Dispositions are FC then the baby is considered Normal Hearing. If one ear is FC then that ear is considered Normal, so the other ear will determine how the baby is counted.
Missed
For In Process - CDC requires that the baby to already have had an appointment and to have one upcoming too.
These are managed in Recommended Actions - Manage, but not very many records will show in this count.
Enrollment is entered in HiTracks EI Services.
The main CDC EI Enrollment count includes babies with Part C Enrollment even if they are enrolled in other Non Part C services.
CDC Part C enrollment requires an IFSP. This must be entered in HiTrack EI Services in addition to the other types of service they have.
{Part C}
Use the Non Part C checkbox in HiTrack to indicate Non Part C enrollment services.
Non-resident is based on the state field in the Address in Demographics. When the report runs any states that don't match the state in Report Criteria are considered non-resident.
"Not screened due to Medical Reasons" is always zero from HiTrack.
Transferred will only count babies who were marked as transferred and then received no other screenings.

Eligible
The EI Referrals section should add up to the total of babies that have been identified with a hearing loss, but it is separate from the EI Enrollment section.
Eligibility is entered in HiTrack on the bottom of the EI Services page.
Users should use Moved out of Jurisdiction if they don't have a current address.
To mark records this way, users should enter in an Out of System Transfer for the record while it is in the Need Evaluation Appointment folder.
