(Use left/right arrows to navigate)

Let's begin!

Pay close attention to all the highlighted fields.

So, you think you're ready for exchange?

Have you completed your

NSE Transfer Credit Evaluation form yet?

Remember, it needs to be submitted to the UNI admissions office before you leave on exchange, or when you add a new course to your host campus class schedule.

This Prezi highlights some of the important fields.

Meet with your academic advisor to complete the following sections for each course and term.

-For Major/Minor courses, consult with your department

-For LAC/Electives, the admissions office can approve those.

This is where your department can make notes about how your courses will satisfy certain requirements, or anything else worth noting.

Your department (major/minor) or the admissions office (LAC/Electives) signs.

Your department (for major/minor classes) or admissions (LAC/Electives) will complete this.

When you've completed all of the fields, and obtained all of your approvals, submit this to UNI's admissions office before you leave on exchange. If you're staying on for a second semester (or for other quarters), follow the same steps listed above, and submit it to the admissions office.

Timely Tips for a Smooth Exchange
