The average person spends almost 6 hours watching TV. So, to say it was a important invention is an understatement, but the the refrigerator and oven are also very vital. As vital as the TV, we'll never know, but vital nonetheless. They keep left over food and cook food so raw meat and fish don't have to be in your diet.

Some other past domestic technologies are the washing machine, clothes dryer, the dish washer. All these domestic technologies helped improve the American house and make simple, household chores done in a flash! Another domestic technology is the television. It is the best, most important, genius, idea EVER!!! This picture shows a family crowding by the one TV in the house.

All these things are in the future, even though the ideas are now. And we don't know when they will be ready. So for now, we'll just have to live with the tech we have.

Examples past domestic technologies are the vacuum cleaners, the iron, the pot, and the stove are all domestic technologies of the past. These were very important to families living in the 20th century. The women did most, if not all, the domestic, or household, chores. The vacuum was also very helpful.
