Everyone at Kernan Middle School uses CHAMPs (we kinda have to).
Take a look at my board. You'll see something set up this way in any of the classes you visit here on campus.
Remember this because it will be easy extra credit to answer on upcoming work! :)
Have you ever been yelled at for doing something "wrong" when NOBODY told you that it was wrong? Gosh, that's annoying.
That's what CHAMPs aims to help!
CHAMPs is a system that teachers use to let you know what the expectations are for the activity.
C - Conversation
How loud you should be
H - Help
How you can seek help
A - Activity
What we're actually DOING
M - Movement
When and how you move
P - Participation
How you'll show you're working
When and where should we use a voice level 1?
What about a voice level 2?
And... you guessed it... where will we see a voice level 3?
Voice Level 4?
