- The ruler gave 3 conditions

TRUE TO HIS WORD, SHASTRIJI MAHARAJ MADE SURE THAT ALL THE CONDITIONS WERE MET. NOT ONLY DID THEY MEET THE CONDITIONS, BUT THEY SPENT ABOUT 3 MILLION RUPEES AND TOOK 2 AND A QUARTER YEARS TO BUILD.
