The Texas Association of Future Educators or TAFE (pronounced "taffy") is a co-curricular statewide non-profit (501 c3) student organization created to allow young men and women an opportunity to explore the teaching profession.

Mission: TAFE encourages students to learn about careers in education and assists them

in exploring the teaching profession while promoting character, service, and

leadership skills necessary for becoming effective educators.

Cost of membership revolves around chapters. State dues are $8.00 per chapter and National dues are $8 per person (advisor included). If dues are postmarked by October 25, 2015, the national one-time $125 charter fee for the chapter will be waived.
