What do you think personalized learning time is?

Why would this be important?
PLT
Personalized Learning Time is...
a block of time where students use their individual goals to plan and prioritize and move through content at their
own
pace with support from their teacher, mentor and peers.
During personalized learning time students work through focus areas to learn content and take assessments to demonstrate their knowledge

This is also when students practice being a self-directed learner, working through multiple disciplines and moving forward only when they've mastered the material

Teachers will set their classroom up for success by developing structures and norms that support self-directed learning, like setting up a space for taking assessments
