Ocean Dumping
water is important! people need, water plants need water, animals need water, we all need water! so why are we putting trash in are water. litter, when we litter it goes to lakes, rivers, ponds and lagoons!
ocean dumping is not eligle but you do need to have a PERMIT. you get the permit if it is sure that it will not endanger - human health, welfare, or the marine environment.
