On their trip they travelled to Thursday Island and then onto the Northern Territory.

Caroline was the only woman to continue with exploring the south-west, eventually arriving at Carl Creek station.

When she was 16 she migrated to Australia and lived in Goodna in Brisbane.

After turning 21 she married Harry Creaghe who was from Ireland. Soon after her adventures began.

was born on the 1st of November 1860 in a ship at the Bay of Bengal in India.

She died on the 11th of November 1944 at 84 years of age, 10 days after her 84th birthday.
