Non-existing animal

This is a camel. It is another animal that lives in the desert. The humps of this camel is going to be another part of my new animal. The adaptation of the camels hump is just humps. The reason why humps is the adaptation is because the humps are the ones that store the water

This is a scorpion. It lives in the desert. The tail of the scorpion is going to be one part of my new animal. The adaptation of the scorpions tail is poison. The scorpion can poison it's prey with it's tail and then that is how they can kill their prey.

Non-existing animal

This is going to be a presentation on an animal that a scientist has discovered. If this animal was living on earth it would live in the desert.

This animals name is the anarept. The scientist that found this animal is named scientist Loseli Cannon. This creature can eat plants and very small animals. In the desert there are mostly only smaller animals than bigger animals because the water in the desert is scarce. My animal is nocturnal. It does not sleep at night. The anarept still sleeps but only in the morning. Like hamsters! My animals physical features are some scales,sensitive hearing,storing water,and poison. These features are needed in the desert because the scales can help the body to blend in. The storing water helps this animal because in the desert it is super hot. Another feature that helps this animal in the desert is the poisonous tail. The poisonous tail can help this animal because in the desert there are a lot of predators. And so if one of the predators tries to hurt my animal the tail can sting the predator and that predator will probably die from that poison. Some of the natural predators of this animal are: foxes, wolves, large birds, and roadrunners. some of the things that this animal eats are: frogs, mice, insects, and other small mammals.

This is a lizard. This lizard also lives in the desert just as the other animals are. The head of the lizard is also going to be a part of my animal. The adaptation of the head is camouflage. The head can camouflage into the sand or can blend into any other bushes that are the same color as the lizard.

This is a snake. This snake also lives in the desert like the other animals that you have already seen. The body of this snake is going to be a part of my new animal as well. The adaptation of this snake is camouflage.
