The Deep Water Horizon happened April 20, 2010. This was the largest marine oil spill in U.S history. It released millions of barrels into the ocean. It expanded 67 miles from the wellhead. The court made a law on April 4, 2016 including to help the cleaning of the ocean.

It can destroy their habitat, which they have no other place to sleep. It gives them health issues and which it can lead to death.
