Flawless Economy

Living up to the name the "Middle" Colonies, there is some fishing and some farming. The thing that the Middle is most known for is an abundance of corn and wheat, dubbing us the name "Breadbasket".

Another great thing the Breadbasket has is fur trade with the Native Americans.

All together the Middle Colonies have a very well rounded economy that will last generations to come as the North's trees will eventually run out and the South will destroy their soil from over cropping.

"Celebrities" of the Middle Colonies

Benjamin Franklin

William Penn

Both Franklin and Penn are from Pennsylvania. The cool part is that Penn was the founder of the colony.

A Map of the Middle Colonies

The Middle Colonies were one of the first colonies to have a form of democracy in place. They also had representation on a local level.

Eventually because of the Middle Colonies democracy and representation the King of England sent someone over to put a stop to it.

(For very simple reasons.)

The Breadbasket Colonies are full of love and happiness!

The Middle Colonies just so happen to be the most religiously and culturally diverse region in America!
