Impact of Smoking Warning Labels, Laws, and Costs

Even though there are smoking labels and the costs are high, the smoking rates are pretty high as we can see in England. I think what impacts the smoking rates the most is the law of the country. In Brazil, the smoking rate is not very different from England even though the price of one pack of cigarette is 8 times less than in England. This is because of the strong smoking laws that Brazil have enforced.
