Significance of punishment

  • You never get to escape
  • You don't get the love of god
  • You will always stay in your tomb

  • People in circle six thought they knew the future so now they get to know the real future

Personal Reaction

As far as the punishments i believe the significance of them are very accurate, however if i was expecting the punishments to be more severe.

Also Dante in this circle is very annoying and should probably be in hell for the rest of his life.

Not believing in god or the afterlife will lead you to heretics where you will rot in a tomb while being lit on fire for eternity, also you will have the power to see the future but will be unaware about the present time.
