Among The Brave

Exposition

This is the Grant's house. It was taken over by the population police and is now the head quarters.Most of the main events happen here. For example, Mark gets caught trying to get in the barbed wire fence and is caught doing so. The end of the story also takes place here.This setting affects the plot because a lot of the major events happen here. It also affects the plot because the house's purpose changes to being a place to live at and throw parties to being the population police head quarters.

Conflict

In the resolution all of the friends were united. If it wasn't for Trey's bravery then most of them would not be alive. At the end most of them were hungry because the population police took away all the food and made people join up with them to fight against third children. But Me.Hendricks had a garden to feed everyone. They all wanted to hide but Trey wanted to stop the population police. So everyone joined up with him and they all went to the headquarters...

The conflict is that there is only aloud two children in one house hold and some house holds have more than two children. The other children are called third children. The people in charge are called the population police. There is a boy named Trey. His friends got arrested and he needs to get them back some way but he is also a third child too.

This shows when they are all in the long line to get into the headquarters to stop the population police.

Rising Action

Falling Action

Mark and Trey go and try to find Lee/Luke.(Some of the children have fake identities.) Lee/Luke had gotten arrested. Mark and Trey are also trying to find the Grant's house where Lee/Luke might be. But they find out that the house had been turned into the population police headquarters after the Grants died. Mark and Trey also find out that one member from each family would have to join the population police so their whole family could get some food.

This shows when Trey and Mark finally save Lee/Luke and all of their friends. They are all getting into the truck, trying to escape a prison. The warden from Nezeree tried to shoot all of them. But they all escaped. Trey and Mark also found Mr.Talbot along the Way.

There was a big line for food.

This happens when Trey is driving to go save Lee/Luke and his friends. An angry mob had attacked him because they saw that he had food and they were starving. They wanted it so bad They flipped over the truck to try and steal it from Trey. Mark was also still in the cage in the back of the truck when they flipped it over.

Climax

I think that Trey had a good idea of crawling through the duct do he wouldn't get caught trying to free Mark so they could find Lee/Luke and his friends.

This is when Trey is crawling through the duct in the population police headquarters trying to find Mark and his other friends with Lee/Luke.

This is Mark when he was in a cage in the basement of the population police headquarters. He got arrested for trying to get past the barbed wire fence.
