Step Three

Step Two

I chose to spray paint the PVC pipe pink. This step isn't necessary; I just thought it would look nicer.

Step Five

Repeat this step on both ends of the pipes to connect them together.

Using a sharpie and a yardstick, make markings down the two PVC pipes every two inches. (Start at the 1 inch mark.)

Step Six

Drill two more holes each end of the PVC pipes for a total of eight.

Using wire cutters, cut a section off of a wire hanger and loop it through the holes on the end of the pipes.

Step Four

Drill a hole on every marking made.

Step Eight

Step Nine

Loop one rubber band around every two screws.
