Farming

Europeans from the Old World brought their plows and animals, such as oxen and horses, over to the new world which ignited the economy and improved health. The vast farming land and rich soil were transformed into crop fields, which then lead to the establishment of towns. Europeans from the Old world saw the richness of the soil in the New World which was much better compared to that of their soil.

Architecture

Architecture that was Exchanged between worlds included farms, houses, ports, ships, and etc. Brought over from the Old World, europeans had a written language and alphabet while the natives in the New world had no formal language at all. By teaching the natives language, the europeans were able to convert them to Christianity.

Weapons

The weapons that were traded between the Old World and the New World include rifles, cannons, improved knives, and etc. Since Native Americans only had primitive weapons, the weapons that they received from the English helped in many different ways.

Alphabet

A formal, written alphabet was given to the Native Americans by the Europeans that broke down the language barrier between cultures. At the time the natives of the new world had no formal language so with the new language the europeans were able to convert the natives to Christianity. They taught the Natives that if they didn't accept Jesus then they would be punished to Hell when they die. Religion would bring the Europeans and Natives closer than any alphabet could.

During the Colombian Exchange, Weapons from the Old World was brought over to the New World which opened up a new window for the Natives who lived there. The natives at the time used hatchets and knifes made of obsidian, which needed to be replaced ever so often unlike the iron and steel knives made by the europeans. The bow and arrow, being commonly used by the natives was good at long distances but did not deal as much damage as the gun.
