• Work is valued, and most people work 8 hours a day with a 30 minute break in between. Recreation time is cherished because it is used for rest and personal time.
• For fun, there are activities. In every neighborhood, there is an area where people can go to for leisure time, if they want to. This place has activities such as, horse riding, ice skating, and skiing.
• They only control free time that is dangerous to others, otherwise free time is up to the user.
• On Sundays, businesses close and citizens do not work.

• Technology is used, but not abused.
• They are technologically advanced for resource purposes. The most advanced technology goes to the doctors, scientists, engineers etc.
• The people do live a more simple life, they value nature and life more than technology.

Education

• Mandatory to children under 16, if you choose to, you can keep going to school for a higher education because the more you know the better you will prevail in the society.
• Year long school with four months of seasonal breaks, they still have weekends. No one goes to school on any religious holidays. They still get days like “Workers appreciation day” off (Workers Appreciation Day is similar to Labor Day).
• Starts on the first Tuesday of January.
• No private school or homeschooling; all public
• Free for all children. College tuition is free too. (things like textbooks, dorms, etc. cost money)
• School starts at the age of five, with first grade.
• Kids already go to school knowing Sign Language and English, and are taught at school to enrich what they know
• Standard for all children is what we have as Pre AP level (High level/ standard). If student is behind, extra tutoring is required and free.
• To get into the college of your choice, you have to pass a standardized test with a good score, and you can take it as many times as you need to within a year time frame.
• Classes: English, Sign Language, Reading/Grammar, Math, Science, Geography/History, Technology, Electives (such as art) and the special classes aimed for each of the career paths.

There is no paper money, only coins. Each one is a different color to know the amount. The coins are called mercentis. There are multiple different amounts, such as, 100, 75, 20, 1, etc. 1 mercenti= 1 dollars. Terra also trades with other communities.

There will be cars, buses, and trains. We will have mass transit because it is necessary to fit the needs and priorities of all. A standard fee will be required for all

mass-transits.

The will be moderate and it will have the four seasons. If there are extreme climates, there will be protective gear given to everyone in the neighborhoods from the guardians. The four seasons will change regularly, animals, both wild and docile, will be allowed. Wild animals do not include animals like lions, but woodland animals. Extreme hunting is prohibited.

The title of the job: Servicemen/ Servicewomen

- The function of the job: You chose this job when you were in school, when you chose you subjects for your choice of career. This group has a lot of individual jobs. These jobs are there for the service of the people. They include jobs such as, doctors, fire men, and construction workers. They are everyday things that people need.

-How people are chosen for the job: Anyone who gets hired or may go to schooling for it.

- The type of people chosen for the job: Anyone who wants to do that job willingly. Also. they have to take a test for the job they want. They have to be ready to serve everyday people.

-How people are trained for the job: They have to take a test including all of the information they need for that job. They also have to write a believable essay about why they want that job. They are rated of their intelligence of that job.

• Happy families are preferred so family counseling is available to all. Every newly wed couple gets a year of free counseling and with every new child another 3 months. this can help with the stress of marriage and raising family. In Terra a family is neither patriarchal, nor matriarchal, as we believe in equality and working together.
• Families can have as many kids as they can afford, it is NOT regulated as long as you can support them legally. Terra believes deeply in freedom of choice and happiness with those choices. With that said no child should have to endure extreme hunger due to the scarcity of money that their parents can afford for their well-being. Therefore having a durable income before raising a child is required.

• Minors live with parents and the elderly can either live with their children who can support them, or live in a nursing home/retirement home because minor and the elderly are sometimes unable to financially sustain themselves due to their age.
• Neighborhoods are culturally diverse with four guardians in every neighborhood and 2 office men. The neighborhoods in our community are built of a range of 20-30 houses.
• People live in row houses, apartments or Neo-Victorian houses (modern). The prices of each range on size.
• Property taxes are lowered based on the amount of years you have lived in the house and the amount of community service hours you've done. Keeping the housing areas affordable is important and correlating that with community service is a win-win.

The title of the job: The Council

- The function of the job: There are at least 12 people in each council. There’s three parties in the council, four in each party. They each come up with ideas, and when the disagree, they can consult the queen.

-How people are chosen for the job: The queen chooses.

- The type of people chosen for the job: They have to go to the queen and she chooses if the people are qualified for the job. They have to be very trustworthy and loyal.

-How people are trained for the job: They are trained by the royal family.

Laws:

• Freedom of speech, expression and choice. However choice is regulated under morally correct standards or approval from the guardians
• No cruel and unjust punishment
• No search and seizure without written permission from the Queen
• Freedom to be self reliant at appropriate age
• Protection is given by officials not by the people
• What you earn is what you have and what you have is yours alone.
• Drugs are for medicine purposes only, otherwise, they are illegal and forbidden.
• It is optional, can move out when you get a job (as early as 16); you must start your own income at 20 and can own a house by 20 (optional) (you are a legal adult at 20)
• No one is allowed to undermine or belittle another because of race/ ethnicity/ Religion or gender.

Laws are adapted only under extreme circumstances when a ⅔ ration of elected officials agree including the queen.

The extremely bad people get sent to an island which is barred off from the rest of the world with bulletproof glass, in which the people can see out, but no one can see in. Once the queen is sure that one has come to mind with their mistakes themselves, they can leave by the queen's opinion. The queen visits the island once every month to release people.

The council will be separated into three parties. in each different values and perspectives are shared. The three parties work together to establish and pass laws along with the Queen.

The title of the job: Office Workers

- The function of the job: They do the paperwork and information needed in a neighborhood. They help out the people who need to move into or out of the neighborhood. They are not guardians, and they do not need to special training.

-How people are chosen for the job: The people who willingly want to do it.

- The type of people chosen for the job: They willingly do that job, they are not forced. They have to be honest, and have to do anything and everything for the people they are sent to serve.

-How people are trained for the job: They have to go take training for it if they do not have enough information.

Title of the job: Queenage

- The function of the job: To promote new ideas and law and serve the country to make it the best it can be. Only people from the royal family can do this job, but if the line of successors run out, a new Queen can be elected. All the citizens vote for who they want to have the job of Queenage within the family. Usually it is a female but on some occasions males have been picked.

- The type of people chosen for the job: Royal family male but mostly female.

- How people are chosen for the job: They are chosen through voting, (the people of the community) but the royal family and the council is not allowed to vote.

- How people are trained for the job : Through government education as a child, each person of the royal family is taught as if they were going to be chosen for the queenage job, but when they grow older, only one person is allowed to have that job.

The title of the job: Guardians

- The function of the job: They protect the people. There are four in total for each neighborhood. All four of them patrol the neighborhoods. The neighborhood has at least 20 houses. The guardians report back to the council at the royal house if there is any disturbance.

-How the people are chosen for the job: They have to go through a training school which has a final deciding test at the end.

- The type of people chosen for the job: People who choose to go under this career path and are high achievers in their training and schooling. They are specifically trained and not just anyone can work.

- How people are trained for the job: They attend a year long school and learn about law, justice, crime, and defense.
