Everything is Small

In America, everything is extremely big to German people. Houses, especially. Cars are also smaller, but that is made up for in their quality. What is also common in Germany is that there will be one large house that is split into two, one half being for one person/family and the other half for the other.

Scenery

Scenery is beautiful in Germany, with tall mountians and perfect green hilltops and famous castles like Neuschwanstein. Another cool fact is that Germany borders not just nine countries, but two seas, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Germany has a similar northern area like we do in Indiana, with flat lands and corn fields. Germany is also filled with forests, one of the more well known of them being the Schwatzwald, which stretches accross the bottom part of Germany.

Food

Germany is very diverse when it comes to food, and each type of food can be very different. One of the most well known foods in Germany is bratwurst, which is a type of sausage usually composed of veal, pork, or beef. My favorite german food is called maultaschen, which consists of an outer layer of pasta dough and an interior of of minced meat, smoked meat, spinach, bread crumbs, onions, and herbs.

Cars

Germany is very well known for its cars, the most well known being Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, and Volkswagen. German cars are well known for their luxury and performance.
