1. To perform a critical analysis of current formally established HB- HTA initiatives;

2. To provide with a set of principles for best practice in HB-HTA;

3. To advance a framework for setting a collaboration among current HB-HTA initiatives and deployment to other interested EU hospitals

4. To promote the collaboration and coordination of Hospital-based HTA initiatives with HTA National/Regional organisations.
