Anna admits to drinking 3 glasses of wine per day
3 glasses per day is a lot for a healthy person, so with Anna's medical conditions this is a very bad idea

* a stent (that no longer does any work)
* she doesn't take any medications
*most recently she had a UTI which may have evolved into sepsis

* vision problems due to uncontrolled diabetes
As Anna aged, she lessened her medication intake (without consulting her doctor) to the point of not taking her medicine

People with SCD (sickle cell disease) need to intake more fluids and make sure to eat a balanced diet. Anna Admits to eating a high carb and fat diet with little health value
Anna was experiencing many sickle cell related crises so her doctors proscribed Hydroxyurea to help with the pain episodes
Before her demise, Anna could have:
eaten a better diet
gotten more exercise
lessen her drinking
take her medication
gone to the doctor for an exam to make sure she live(d) a long and healthy life

Here's how it Started
* Anna went to the hospital
* Anna's tummy area was sensitive
*she had a fever
* she was fussy
*it was also found that she has splenic sequesteration (spleen contains unusual amount of blood -> enlarged spleen )
* this lead to the diagnosis of Sickle Cell Anemia
