Responsibilities of a Student Assistant

2. Each student assistant is expected to follow proper code of ethics, accountability, and responsibility that is expected of them.

3. Each student assistant is expected to render hours on the shift schedule they signed up for. Any changes in the schedule (i.e. change of schedule, additional hours to render, etc.) must be agreed upon by both the PHE Staff-in-Charge and the PHE Student Assistant.

1. Each student assistant must log in their respective log sheets before they start his/her work for the day and must ask his/her supervising staff to sign after the shift.

5. If a student assistant decides to leave his/her post as a student assistant, he/she may submit a letter addressed to the staff-in-charge indicating his/her intent to not continue and the reason for coming up with the decision.

PLATFORMS

4. In case that a student assistant cannot make it during his/her shift, he/she should advise the staff-in-charge a day before the scheduled shift (or before his/her shift in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstance). He/she can agree with the supervising staff if they need to make-up for the hours missed.

The Pathways program is a highly integrative approach, which aims to broaden and deepen participants’ understanding of leadership. It equips participants with the ability to identify problems, formulate solutions and adapt to a constantly changing world.

We deliver complete staff work every single time. Complete staff work entails thorough research and well thought out analysis covering all the bases by the staff in order to come up with sound recommendations wherein the supervisor needs only give either his/her approval or disapproval. The supervisor should do no additional work as the staff has already made all the necessary backend work.
