- The Titanic have only 37 seconds to skip the iceberg because they hadn't binoculars and when they saw that was so late.
- On April 17, 1912. Before survivors of the Titanic disaster the Mackay-Bennet was sent to search for bodies. It found 306 bodies, 116 of these were too badly to take all the way back to shore.
- On board the Titanic was a Sea Post Office. 5 mail clerks was the responsible for 3423 sacks of mail on board.
- Were 9 dogs on board, but only 2 of these was rescued.
- The Carpathia was send to search bodies, but it couldn't picked up all the survivors
