Treatments

Fibromyalgia Definition:

Treating Reiter's Syndrome is all about trying to treat the underlying infection, making the patient more comfortable, and easing pain. These treatments include pain relievers, or antibiotics. In extreme cases of joint pain, the doctor may give the patient corticosteriods, which is a medicine that is injected into the patient to reduce inflammation and pain. Physical therapy is also an option (Reactive, 2012).
