We believe Lionel Tates sentence was wrong to be a life sentence, but we agree with the fact that it was overturned because of how young he was. The metal compentency proved he didn't understand what was going on during the trail. He stated in an interview on CBS4 " i was just scared and sorry, im still sorry for what happened". We also think it was wrong for the mother to lie about what happened and who was home during the time of the incident because she was a police officer and it made Lionel Tate look like he was trying to hide something .
