- Infrastructures: Wi-Fi connection in the whole building, restaurant, bar, meeting room, conference room, ballroom, the lawn and so on.
- Total gross floor area of the project when complete will have 580,000 sq.ft of built-up space also include 300 bays of parking space. The development is designed to be Ipoh’s first green-mark certified building. The development will also offer a members only proprietary club, proposed Ipoh Town Club.
- Building adjoins the Ipoh Parade shopping mall.
Wholly owned subsidiary of Thong Fook Corporation, was formed in 2010 as a special purpose. Thong Fook Corporation diversified its product in 3 categories which are industries, medicine and hoteline.
