This is a photo of people protesting about unemployment. In the 1930's unemployment was a very big issue due to the Great Depression.

This is a photo of RB Bennett. He is an important part of Canadian history because, he was the Prime Minister during the Great depression. He thought that the way to aid the depression was to increase trade with the British empire, but his success did not last.

This is a photo of one of the farms that ended up being burned due to the cost of wheat decreasing. This is a major part of Canadian History because, many farmers believed that their crops would be more valuable to burn than to sell for 39 cents.

This is a photo of "Gone With The Wind," a popular movie in the 1930's. "Gone With The Wind" was one of the biggest movies during the 1930's. During the Great Depression people had to find ways to distract themselves from their problems. They often looked for dramas, music and comedy to get away from their problems.

This is a photo of a Bennett Buggy, which is a car with the windows and engine taken out. During the 1930's, RB Bennett was blamed for the Great depression, so citizens could not afford much and named this "car" after him.

This is a photo of the riot caused by Regina constables and the RCMP forcefully breaking up the protesters and take down leaders while armed with baseball bats.
