The theme is that you will go down a bumpy path but you will always find your one true place to call home. You shouldn't be scared because you are never alone. Poetic devices help to convey the theme because it adds more to your thoughts and senses. Some lines that help convey the theme are "the trouble it might drag you down, if you get lost you can always be found. Just know you're not alone, cause I'm gonna make this place your home." The title relates to the theme because you will always have a place to call home and that's the name of the song.
