Imagine than you have been successful in your application and you will have your first team meeting, where you have the chance to discuss with your team and present yourself.
Some of the mandatory expectation from your manager regarding the topics of the meeting are below:
- Check how many contacts they handled per day, how they reply to emails
- I will ask the team members to take Kolb’s Learning Style Questionnaire (attached with this presentation)
