Lilli's second
Costume
Lilli's 1st Costume
Starts out very dirty and gross.
Stained and unmaintained as he figuratively rots in a jail cell.
However, as he befriends the new sheriff he gets a purpose: to save Rock Ridge and stand up to the powers that be.
Therefore, his costume gets more pulled together and nicer as he pulls it together and rises to his former glory as the Wacco Kid again!
Reflects her feeling during her song "I'm so Tired"
Muted and not much life to it.
Still very sexy;however, so she can appeal to her audience in the bar.
Wears after her night with Bart and she falls in love with him
Shows her newfound hope and love of Bart.
She has a new idea and inspiration to be in love, and she is even moved enough to go against the words of Hedley Lamar who hired her to seduce him.
The costume design throughout the hilarious Mel Brooks film Blazing Saddles contributed to the development of each character throughout the film. Although I only got to address a couple today, I suggest watching the film and seeing the rest of the costumes in the film. A great, hilarious film!
Thank you! :)
Sheriff Bart's 1st outfit he wears while
working on the railroad.
Very worn out rags/work clothes with only
a little bit of color around his neck
This is his only difference from the others,
so shows his leadership and potential to be
great
Shows how even though he and the other
men are free, they still struggle
His uniform/ second costume shows how he is moving up even though it is just a ploy by local government
Rodeo-drive inspired designer Sheriff's Uniform (Neufeld).
He ends up earning the respect of the people, and his authority reflected in the uniform is just and appreciated
