• Elaborates manifest for the railcar so that it can cross the border and get to Queretaro Qro.
• Sends paid Manifest A4 to Abinsa

• The Terminal keeps track on the railcar status
• Customer service from the Terminal sends arrival notification via email to Abinsa

• COVE takes a lot of time
• Different requirements for different clients
• Kronoz usually does not send
• Abinsa has been generating Proforma Invoice for extraction

• Issues Carta Cupo and sends back to Abinsa and Carmi

• Elaborates Proforma A4.
• Sends Proforma A4 to Abinsa.

• Receives Proforma A4 and validates information.
• Sends Proforma Invoice and Proforma A4 to ALGEBASA in order to get Carta Cupo (Notification to Customs)
