Thank You!!!!

"Diagnostic relevence for theTest"

While doing the dilution series, with the special improved measuring techniques can lead the reliability of measured values and whole results of the experiment.

WELCOME EVERYONE!!!!!

1. INTRODUCTION

  • These above so called intake and exit of solid concentrations will be responsible for the determination of regularity process popularly known as osmolarity.

  • Osmoles is the total number of solute particles in a solution.

1. INTRODUCTION

1. Hyperosmotic (concentrated salt solution)

2. Isosmotic (normal salt concentration)

3. Hyposmotic (distilled water)

2. Procedures

  • At final stage trasfer of supernatent (~900 uL) into cuvettes.
  • The obserbance of the samples at 540 nm was measured.
  • Graph for NaCl dilutions do not correspond to the sigmoidal curves.
  • The value for the sample number 3 and 7 do not follow the decreasing trend.
  • No inermediate values are available to create a smooth sigmoidal model.

2. Procedures

Table 1: Pipetting scheme for NaCl dilutions

  • The table 3 was prepared with the NaCl dilution series and table 4 was prepared with the mixture of NaCl/Urea.
  • The samples were prepared in 1.5 mL tubes.
  • Dilution series with 30 uL of provided erythrocytes suspension was prepared.
  • Samples were centrifuged for 5 minutes at 300 xg.

Animal cells are generally seperated from their environment by cytoplasmic membrane which is generally

semi-permeable/selectively permeable
