Product Development
The production process starts with the development of the product, to better service we ask you to provide us the following information:
Fabric details, specs, final measurements, physical sample (if necessary)
We're in contact with the mills, we have ACCUMARK SYS (to get a pattern with final measurements).
Capabilities
Our capabilities in shirt production (cut, sew and laundry) reaches 2,500 units per week, and this can be expanded on a well planned schedule.
We work with fabrics 100% cotton as well as blends.
Our House Laundry
basic processes:
Resin, oven, handsand, PP, whiskers, sandblast, tacking, overdyes, grinding, acid wash, destructions and as an additional process we can offer embroidery, direct printing and laser applications.
