Young adults are
often victims of
computer crimes.
In 2006, The National Center for Missing
and Exploited Children conducted a survey
on documented use of the internet and
experiences of young people.
About 1/3 of teen internet users
saw sexual material that they did
not intend on seeing.
1 in every 7 surveyed teens had
online solicitors of nude picture.
1 in every 11 surveyed teens were
harassed online.
