The producer is anyone who provides
the funds for the production to go ahead.
This is usually a film/theatre company.
However an individual/group of people
sponser a director and in turn act as the producer/s of the film.
They 'Produce' the film not create, thats the director's job.

The director sets out an key ideas for what he/she wants the characters to look like. It is the casting directors job to use that brief to find what the director is looking for amongst the large number of applicants.
Casting manager heads a team of creative individuals working for the director. They sit and watch auditions by potential actors.
Understudy to director. Also represents the director and is charged with pushing his aims and intention.

Their role is develop/devise or find music/audio effects that meet the directors intentions.

Director - Receives suggestions for audio input for a certain effect. Its the composer's job to create the effect and relay this back to the director.
Technical manager - Works closely with. Composers needs to know how the audio is going to played. Timings ques are checked. Techinical manager needs to know everything the composers intends to use and when.
There role is to construct the setting in accordance to the director's instruction, utilising set, stage space, lighting plus any spx.They may not complete the project themselves but they oversee and instruct their juniors on how to develop the set.
