1A. Permitted Transfers Under the Original Operating Agreement
- All Transfers to non-Members must be unanimously approved by current Members.
- Transfer of the Membership Interest may not result in a termination of the Company under the Code when combined with all transfers of Membership Interest in the preceding twelve (12) months.*
