On the other hand HRIS position in King Khalid Hospital is more specialized in information system and programing skills ,but not obligated with management skills.
-Working hours are also quit different as the results of the interview shows AlHammadi Hospital employee works From 8:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m and from 4:30 – 8:00 p.m ,while King Khalid Hospital employee works From 7:30 a.m To: 4:30 p.m .There is a slight deferens in salary around 1500-2000 sr ,but comparing the job duties and working hours it’s seems not very important .So a HRIS position in King Khalid Hospital is preferred more than HRIS position in Al Hammadi Hospital .
