-According to the compensation questioner HRIS in King Khalid Hospital have a base pay of 5500SR monthly .Employee in this position full health insurance and short term disability not to mention paid holidays and vacations most importantly employee assistance program. For the reduced benefit there is life insurances , tuition reimbursement and paid sick day.

-HIRS in Al Hammadi Hospital have a base pay up to 7500SR. Employees in this position have full health insurance and paid holidays and vacations and also employee assistance program. There are reduced benefit to life, dental and vision insurance short/long term disability and also tuition reimbursement and last but not least paid sick day.

-After analyzing the facts it appears to me and my partner that HIRS compensation program in Al Hammadi Hospital have more uppeling than HIRS in King Khalid Hospital.

- After analyzing both JD’s and interviews we find out that HRIS position in Al Hammadi Hospital have more obligations ,demands and responsibilities than HIRS position in King Khalid Hospital that’s because, they require social and interpersonal skills and also general HRM skills. On the other hand HRIS position in King Khalid Hospital is more specialized in information system and programing skills ,but not obligated with management skills.

-Working hours are also quit different as the results of the interview shows AlHammadi Hospital employee works From 8:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m and from 4:30 – 8:00 p.m ,while King Khalid Hospital employee works From 7:30 a.m To: 4:30 p.m .There is a slight deferens in salary around 1500-2000 sr ,but comparing the job duties and working hours it’s seems not very important .So a HRIS position in King Khalid Hospital is preferred more than HRIS position in Al Hammadi Hospital .
