You also have access to view past data taken. This is a great way to see how the student did prior to your session. the view past data tab is located on the right side of your screen as well.
While working on data collection you are able to take notes at anytime. The note tab is located on the right side of your screen under view past data.
You can take a frequency count on behaviors while running your session. at the right bottom corner of each students folder you will find a list of behaviors they engage in. chick on the behavior each time you see your student engage in the behavior.
You can also scroll to the right to see if the student has additional behavior targets we will be documenting.
If the goal requires a rate of duration time and frequency of the behavior you will be able to document both on the same page.
When taking frequency data click on the (+) sign for each occurrence of the behavior.
When taking ratio data you will either click on "correct" or "incorrect" for each trail. In some classes your student goals may be broken down into different folders within a folder. Example: Charlies expressive reading goal, you will be able to take data on each individual word. Once you have marked correct/incorrect it will move on to the next word. If you wish to take data on the same word you will need to click back on the word.
You can take duration
data by starting the timer.
You are able to access other
goals while the timer is running.
Just remember to stop the timer
when the student stops engaging in
the behaviors listed within the goal.

These taps will provide instant access the different areas of the application.
The students notebook screen contains a list of buttons. The red button marked (discrete trails) contains all of your students data we will be documenting. The blue button will contain all of the students baseline goals, and the gray button will contain goals that have been mastered by the students and are placed on maintenance.

You will all be provided with a temporary 6 digit password. Once you are ready to change your password please let us know. We will have to enter your passwords online for you.
Once registered, all you need is your 6-digit PIN! To log in, enter your PIN and tap “login.”
