Remove base plates when order for appetizers and entrees are completed.
Suggest wine with meal and take wine order
Take Food order (table#, seat# etc)

Present beverages on the right side of the guest with the right hand.
Server takes beverage order starting with oldest lady guest and continuing clockwise around table.

Greet Guest and describe specials.

Escort Guest to the Appropriate Table
- Remember to walk to chairs closest to windows.
- Pull chair for oldest lady guest and for the other guest you have time for.
- Remove extra place settings if necessary to give guest maximum space.
- Adjust remaining place settings to give guest maximum space.
Greet the Guest
- Remember to walk to meet the guest in the foyer when time allows
- Offer to hang coats up for the guest.
