You should always eat healthy food as they will help you in many ways.

You can also eat carbohydrates like bread cereal and a lot more.You need to eat at least one bit of every section in your meals over a period of 2 days. You also need to eat lots of meat so it can make you strong, you can eat meats like red meat which gives you alot of iron and for vegetarians they can eat spinach because that also gives you lots of iron. This will make you very strong and very good for you.

You need to eat to eat at least 5-7 portions of fruit and veg a day the majority needs to be vegetables.It is still ok to eat a little bit of chocolate and sweets but you cannot eat alot beacause it is unhealthy.
