Italian Cuisine has been around for many, many years but wasn't really every where until the 18th century. Food is a very big role in defining the Italian's and even shows up in their art.
Pasta dates all the way back to 1154
- hand made pasta have over 310 forms and shapes with over 1300 diffrent names
- hand made pasta takes many hours to make and very little machine use
- pasta is now served around the world in many fast food restraunts and instead of spending many hours making pasta we can just buy it from the store
in 1485 plays started showing in Italy. At first many were spinoffs of famous Roman plays and they gradually shifted to producing original plays.
Italian plays became famous for the great use of staging and making it feel as if there was true depth in their stage.
