calm our body once again using peaceful spots.

So go ahead and sit comfortably in your chair.

And maybe you've seen me doing the peaceful spot activity with some friends.

Maybe you haven't. But if you see us doing that now you will know what it is for.

So everyone can use their thumb

as a peaceful spot

and everyone has these spots on their body to help you feel at peace and at calmness.

So what you're going to do

is you're going to take each finger

and press it against your thumb.

You are pressing those fingers onto your peaceful spot.

are imagining your peaceful spots in order to calm your body.

take our deep breaths in so that we can get

all that oxygen into our brain and our body

so that we can think clearly and be mindful.
