So in any moment when our emotions are getting too high for example we are getting

way too excited about something or we are

getting very angry or very very upset about something

and you start to feel it in your body.

But wherever you are

someone is telling you that you need to be calm or you

look around and you feel like you need to calm your body.

You can do so by practicing this mindfulness activity of counting down.
