to take a deep breath in

to kind of let go and put those things aside so that I can be present for you

So for today's mindfulness activity, I'll bring out the jar again,

like I said, it can even be hard for adults to be mindful. Sometimes

mindfulness means being fully here.

It means only focusing on the thing we're doing right now.

only thinking about the things we're learning,
